What is your position within Elle August Real Estate?
“I am the co-founder and Managing Director of the business. My role encompasses heading sales and marketing, and to ensure a smooth operation of the business.”

What made you interested in real estate?
“Real estate has always been a big part of my family upbringing. It all started with me becoming an educated property investor and my passion continued to grow from there. I just enjoy the diversity with property investment strategies, in particular using vendor finance options.

My experience expands over key business areas such as case management and retail management. I am licensed in Real Estate, Strata Management, Stock and Station and have attained qualifications in Social Science and Human Resources.”

What are your other interests outside of real estate?
“It’s pretty simple for me, spending time catching up with my husband, family and friends over a nicely cooked meal is a great past time.

An island holiday relaxing on the beach, kayaking and snorkelling never goes a stray.

Giving back to the community is essential to me. Our latest organisation that we support is A21 Campaign. The A21 Campaign is about abolishing injustice in the 21st Century, with a particular focus on Human Trafficking.

Prior to this, I enjoyed volunteering my time as a leader to mentor youth. I did this for over 3 years with the Salvation Army. After all, youth are our future and they need to be empowered in this message over some of the other messages out there.”

What is your favourite saying?
“Be not afraid of growing slowly be afraid only of standing still”

What is your position within Elle August Real Estate?
“I am the co-founder and Director of the business. My role consists of heading property management, residential sales, and to ensure sound day to day running of the business which includes business financials & trust accounts.”

What made you interested in real estate?
“I have always believed that property is a sound investment in the long term. I have bought and sold properties for investment purposes. Approximately 9 years ago an opportunity opened for me in Strata Management, and my experience and qualifications grew from there. Today I have experience, both from working in real estate and personally being an active property investor.

My years of experience extend over key business areas such as taxation accounting and real estate at a high level. I’m licensed in Real Estate, Strata Management, Business Agent, Stock and Station and attain qualifications in Real Estate Management, Business Management, Financial Management, Accounting and Human Resource Management.”

What are your other interests outside of real estate?
“Spending time catching the BIG one! Fishing is a sport and pass time that I take very seriously and if I am not fishing, just as important or you can say even more important is spending time with my beautiful wife, family & friends.

During the week I enjoy attending the gym and spending time building my faith in God.

The Cook Islands is one of my favourite destinations and I look forward to visiting it again in the future.
